The best candidate for this position will not only have knowledge and ability that enables him or her to teach the elements and concepts of art, but they will also have an apparent artistic passion to engage students in the discipline.  Candidates must be willing to collaborate with others, work with students with special needs, and facilitate community involvement.

Primary Function: To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

 

Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for a specific position by the supervisor.  Physical ability to adhere to OSHA and district safety regulations.
